1. Delivery: 

(1) Dispatch

- Orders made between Monday - Friday will be shipped in 24 hours.

- Orders made on weekends or national holidays will be shipped the next working day. 

- Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address.

(2) UK mainlands:

2-5 working days, mainly using Yodel, DHL or Hermes. Shipping fee will be calculated automatically at check out. England FREE shipping on orders over £60.

3-7 working days, mainly use Parcelforce. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at check out. If your country is not listed, we may still be able to ship there: do contact our customer service before ordering, to enquire about shipping arrangements.

- shipping fee £33.50

- free shipping when order over £280

- include: Finland, Portugal, Switzerland

- include: Croatia, Estonia, Romania, Slovenia

(4) Delivery issues


- Client takes responsibility and pay potential re-delivery fee if the parcel couldn't be delivered due to: incorrect shipping address provided, shipping address changed, not at home, didn't hear the bell, refusal of the parcel, parcel is returned, etc. Refund will not be issued.


Client takes responsibility of possible custom charges. 

2. Refunds and Returns

Placing an order on this website means accepting the clauses below. Thanks for your understanding!

(1) We neither accept returns nor issue refunds once one order has been dispatched, other than there are quantity or quality issues.


(2) Please contact us in 24 hours since delivery of the parcel if you have a doubt with the quantity or quality of the products. Send us an email to with your order number and photo proof. We will respond in 1-2 working days. If a refund is agreed and issued, please allow 3-5 working days for it to reach your bank account.

(3) All our shipping parcels are insured, so it is possible for us to claim compensation from the shipping companies if there is serious damage of the parcel and products. You only need to send us your order number and photo proof in 24 hours since delivery of the parcel. It is very unlikely the shipping company to accept our claim over 24 hours after the parcel has been delivered.

(4) Due to the special nature of books, being often heavy, they may be broken or deformed during transportation. We will not progress your after-sales service if the book is not severely damaged and doesn't affect reading.
